The 46 year old Randy ‘the Natural’ Couture won via a controversial unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) against Brandon ‘the Truth’ Vera in the main event of UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera earlier today at the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester, England.
On the co-main event, Dan Hardy defeated Mike Swick via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28).

- Lightweight bout: Andre Winner knocked out Rolando Delgado at the 3:22 mark of the firstround.
- Light Heavyweight bout: Alexander Gustafsson knocked out Jared Hamman after 41 seconds of the opening round.
- Lightweight bout: Dennis Siver defeated Paul Kelly via Technical Knock Out at the 2:53 mark of round number 2.
- Welterweight bout: Nick Osipczak won over Matthew Riddle via Technical Knock Out at 3:53 of the third round.
